"Magandang Pagsasamahan tungo sa Maayos at Maunlad na Lipunan"

Loneliness and disappointment.
These feelings attack me everytime I heard bad news like murders, kidnapping, robbery and many more.
God created us with purpose and that is 'to love Him and to lover our neighbors".
We should not be selfish. Instead, let's make a CHANGE! Let's help one another, hand in hand, make things right and surely, the sun will shine.
We should practice positive characteristics and throw away the negative ones.
I know that we can overcome loneliness and other negative feelings.
My heart is pounding and I can't resist smiling everytime I see a happy family, a peaceful place and when there is UNITY!
A unity that will bring us to success. A unity that will make our country more gorgeous, more beautiful and........................
PROGRESSIVE!

SWEETDREAM or NIGHTMARE?

Yahoo!
I was so happy when I knew that we had a semestral break. I knew that a week was enough for me to take a rest. I was also excited because of a very special occasion, with a special someone.
But I spent the whole semestral break in school because we were going to join the first Twilight Festival of Vigan City.
In the first place, we wanted to quit because we heard that some of our opponents were professionals. But we did not give up. We did sacrifice. We were rushing. Even though we didn't have Dance Instructor, we finished our whole presentation within two and one-half days only.
On the other hand, during our practice, I was also crying because I was hurt by someone I loved. We quarreled. October 28 was our monthsary and I thought that "that day was a very special day", but it wasn't. I knew it was my fault and I was very sorry for that. He was hurt and because of it, he was getting worse. He went in Cervantes. I cried! I really cried! I didn't know what to do. All I knew was he left me.
And now, the moment of truth!
We were excited and at the same time, we were nervous.
I loved our make-up. We were as scary as ghosts and as creepy as zombies. I was a white lady. We were trying to scare children. Some of them cried and for the rest, it was just okay. We were laughing over and over again.
Though I was not totally inspired, I still did my very best. As expected, we did not win, but deep in my heart, WE ARE WINNERS! I enjoyed it so much and it was very memorable.
But I was broken-hearted. It was over! O-V-E-R...OVER! I didn't cry physically but I cried emotionally.
My semestral break was an extra-ordinary week. I was happy! I was sad! I laughed! I cried! I didn't know if it was SWEETDREAM or NIGHTMARE...

"THE NOTEPAD PERIOD"

Before entering the computer room, we are going to buy our snacks first. Then after it, we can now see the charming and lovely face of Ma'am Evelyn. Sometimes, we are laughing at each other, having and telling jokes and many more. I am sure, I will miss all of these.
Time is running so fast and as time goes by, my knowledge about computer increases and I keep on learning.
I can't imagine that Second Grading Period is now over. In this quarter, I learned so many things especially about "TAGS".
It was so interesting working in our own work station and making our notepad.
"THE NOTEPAD PERIOD".....unforgettable and enjoyable!

"BREAKING BARRIERS THROUGH ENGLISH"

Everyone of us wants to be at the top, to be at the highest star and successful in the future.
Some of us, Filipinos, want to go outside the country and work there. They want to earn money faster and escape from poverty.
We all know that English is the international language. It is very nice and wonderful if we know how to speak English fluently so that we can be what we want.
Barriers are the hindrances, some of us can't aim high. There are lots of hindrances in our lives.
I do believe that through English, we can break those barriers. We can travel all over the world. We can communicate and understand others especially foreigners.
English is very important to our lives. It also symbolizes oneness. Everyone wants to be professional.
"Breaking barriers through English"
UNITY! PROGRESS! VICTORY! SUCCESS! We deserve all of these.

FILIPINNOVATION:THE WAY FORWARD!

"SUNSHINE AFTER THE RAIN..."
As I reminisce yesteryears, I can visualize how God created the world, a very beautiful paradise. He made it for us.
But everytime I open the television, I hear different bad news about Philippines, even in the whole world. I am very disappointed!
Look around! Gosh! Our mother earth is dying. Some of us don't care about our environment. In general, we are selfish! We are just doing what we want.
The first question that came up to my mind: "How can we be successful in the future if we are destroying the world and love doesn't exist?"
It's time for a CHANGE! A change that will make us more gorgeous and progressive.
We, Filipinos, should help one another to be at the top. We should love one another and I know that we can overcome our different problems. There is sunshine after the rain.
BETTER FILIPINO! BETTER PHILIPPINES! BETTER WORLD!

"MY TEACHER, MY HERO"

A teacher is like a candle who burns himself/herself just to light someone. They also open doors, but we must enter by ourselves.
Teachers have the responsibility to teach us and make us productive ones. As they have said, there are no successful engineers, accountants, nurses, doctors, and many more if there are no TEACHERS!
I do believe that they are our second parents. In times of challenges and loneliness, they are always there to help and comfort us. They are my HEROES! I can say that without them, I am not here. They deserve TRUE LOVE!
"TEACHERS" stands for: Terrific but lovable! Encourage students to study hard! Awesome in different aspects! Can be your best friend! Help and cheer you up when you're down! Elegant and very articulate! Reflect good personalities! Sweet and caring!
I am very thankful to God because He gave us teachers to lean on. MY TEACHER, MY HERO!

First Grading Period!

“Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.”
First Grading Period fed me more knowledge and it also improves my personality. I learned so many things that help me in my everyday lives and for my future, too. I am very thankful to my nice teachers because they are burning more candles for us.
There were times when I got low scores in my test because I wasn't ready. I was very sad.
Next time, I will do my very best to get more high scores. I will review very well. I believe that a book is a gift that you can open again and again and we cannot change the past, we can only learn from it and try to avoid the same mistakes in the future.

“Sa pangangalaga ng Wika at Kalikasan, Wagas na Pagmamahal ang Kailangan”

“Changing the face can change nothing but facing the change can change everything”
A simple quotation. God created us a place, which is the world, for us. We have the responsibility to love and take care of it.
We, Filipinos, should be proud of our national language. This symbolizes our country, PHILIPPINES! Another, we should also give love and care for our nature as we love ourselves. Surely, we will never fail.
But nowadays, some of us are destroying our own paradise. It should not be. The Philippines is very beautiful.
If we destroy our nature, we are destroying ourselves. If we are not proud of our national language, we are ashamed of ourselves.
Now, it is time for a CHANGE! A change that will lead us to SUCCESS!

BE HEALTHY!

The future depends on us.
I am physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and spiritually healthy. I am very thankful to my mother. Because of her, I am here studying, full of hope, and I believe that I can fulfill my dreams someday.
Vegetables, fruits, and other nutritious foods should penetrate our body so that we can live happily with our love ones.
We should be practical! It's so hard to be sick. Nowadays, medicines are expensive and less affordable. We should be healthy and avoid many diseases. Star it today and not tomorrow. Don't destroy our body! God created us and "LIFE" is the most important gift He gave us so we must take care of ourselves. I know that most of us will marry and have babies someday. Their future and health depend on us. We cannot reach our goals if we're not healthy, right?
The world is beautiful and very wonderful. We must live wisely and I'm sure that we will never fail. AIM HIGH AND LONG LIVE!

My Letter to the President

Dear Mr. President,

I am a graduating student, trying to reach a star and hoping that someday I will become a successful accountant. I know that being president is a great and big responsibility. You will sacrifice too much for us, for the Philippines. Hello Sir, how are you?
I wrote you a letter Mr. President because I want to wish you luck. I'm hoping that someday, Philippines will be lifted up because of your leadership. I believe in your power Sir! I know that you will help us, Filipinos especially the students, with all your heart and soul. I also heard lots of controversies about you Sir but I trust you! I hope that corruption, poverty, hunger, and scarcity will be thrown away. As a student, I want to encourage my fellow students to join different activities in making our school more gorgeous and progressive. In that simple way, I can help you.
I know that I will be successful someday and there will be no hindrances. Good luck Mr. President! Thank you and congratulations. God blesses you.

Respectfully yours,
Nova Marie S. Frio
